WILD CARD TOURNAMENT! - Our girls will be traveling to WMO on Thursday afternoon to play against GAM at 7:00 pm (tentatively). We will show the game here at the school for those who are not able to travel to see the games.
SATURDAY SCHOOL - We will be having school on Saturday, February 25th, to make up for our day missed on January 23rd. Class will start at 10:00 am (breakfast at 9:00) and end at 2:30. We will follow our normal Friday Schedule.

SATURDAY GAME CHANGES - Gambell will be coming in this afternoon. Our first game at 11:00 am will still be GLV vs SMK. At 2:00 pm we'll have GAM vs SVA, GAM vs SMK at 6:30 pm and GLV vs GAM at 9:00 pm.

GIRLS PLAY TONIGHT! - Our Girls will play the Savoonga Huskies tonight at 7:00 pm. We are still waiting to confirm that St. Michael will make it this evening, so there may be a 2nd game tonight.
💃🕺GLV PROM!!! - Golovin is hosting "Under the Sea" Prom and inviting White Mountain to join!! The GLV community is also welcome to join until 9:00pm. Please see the attached flyer for more info. Tickets are $5 and must be purchased to attend.
SCHOOL CLIMATE AND CONNECTEDNESS SURVEY! - We are still looking for community members to fill out this survey. Any community member to fill it out at the school, or can show a screen shot of a completed survey, will receive a chance to win $50 in gas or fuel oil!
GIRL'S BASKETBALL! - Our girls will be hosting Gambell, Savoonga and St. Michael this weekend. Come and cheer on our Lynx!
ELDER’S LUNCH! - We will be hosting an Elder’s Lunch on Tuesday, Valentines Day, starting at 11:00 am.
COVID RULES - The district no longer will require masks. We have had numerous staff, students and community test positive. Please bring and wear a mask if you feel more comfortable. Absences are excused only if a student has tested positive.

We are still holding the Spelling Bee in the gym, immediately after Early Release on Friday, January 27th - Community is invited to attend! Due to recent events there will be only ONE champion who moves forward. Go Lynx! 💜💛
EARLY, EARLY RELEASE - Students will be released at 1:00 pm on Friday the 27th due to a District wide in service.
MAKE-UP DAY! - We will be required to make up our missed day on Monday. We will plan to have a Saturday make-up day on February 25th. We will reminder students and parents as the date gets closer.
FAMILY LITERACY RESCHEDULED! - Due to our school closure yesterday we have rescheduled our Family Literacy Night to Wednesday at 6:30 for all Pre-K through 5th gradeers and their parents.
OPEN GYM! - The gym will be open tonight - regular schedule.
BACK TO SCHOOL TOMORROW! - We have repaired our electrical problems and will be back in session Tuesday.
LITERACY NIGHT! - Come by the library Monday night at 6:30 for Literacy Night. Open to all Pre-K through 5th graders and their families.
BASKETBALL GAMES! - The M L O Lady Lynx will be playing the Shaktoolok Wolverines this evening at 7:00 and tomorrow at 10:30. Please come and support our girls.
